Notice on Clearing Long-Inactive Low-Level Accounts

Dear Gyeemate,
Greetings!
To optimize server resources and improve the overall game environment, we will be clearing accounts that have been inactive for a long time and have low character levels. The specific rules are as follows:
Cleanup Execution Time:
Starting from May 30, 2026, 00:00
Criteria for Account Cleanup (Accounts meeting any of the following conditions will be deleted):
Have not logged into the game for three years (i.e., since May 30, 2023), and the character level is below level 10;
Have not logged into the game for four years (i.e., since May 30, 2022), and the character level is below level 20.
Important Notes:
Accounts that meet the above criteria will be completely deleted, including all character information, items, currency, and other data. This action is irreversible.
If you have multiple accounts, please check and log into the characters you wish to keep.
As long as you have logged into the game within the aforementioned time periods or your character level meets the corresponding standard, your account will not be deleted.
Please inform other players and log into your account in time to avoid unnecessary loss.
