At the request of the copyright owner, after the maintenance next Tuesday (2021.03.23), we will remove the redemption of Nekojishi characters' Cool Skins and the data of Gyeemates who have activate these three Skins. 

The compensations are:

1. For Gyeemates who have activate these three Skins, each Nekojishi character's Cool Skin you owned will be converted to [Cool Coupon]*100, sent via Mail.

2. Nekojishi character's Cool Skin Coupons can be exchanged for the [Cool Coupon] at a ratio of 1:1.

3. If you spent White Dragonshards to buy [Cool Coupon] and redeemed these three Cool Skins, you can contact Customer Service in game. We will withdraw the [Cool Coupon] sent by mail and compensate you White Dragonshards spent when purchasing [Cool Coupon] in Supply. If you purchased White Dragonshards particularly for these three Cool Skins and intent to have a refund, please tell us.

At the same time, we will suspend the design and production of new content related to Nekojishi in Gyee.

Until we two parties have a willingness and common understanding, the new content related to Nekojishi will be restarted.
