【Skill’s Update】

Rupor - The Change of Mastery [Drag Queen]: 

1. The effect “Restore self HP after Ultimate is released” was replaced by “Reduce any damage self dealt”.

2. Add new effect “Rupor restores 50% lost HP when casting [Cleansing] or [Lights on!!] every time”.
